Breath Waves of Bliss, Often referred to as "The Mother Wave" is a Gentle, Non Forced, Circular Open Mouth Breath Without a Pause. It was created by my beloved Mentor Christabel Zamor. She honors the Primal Ancestral Roots of this Sacred Breath that began with Creation, and has been practiced by many Ancient Cultures Globally. She was blessed to curate it for Psychoactive Guides like myself. Her training is World Class, and her integrity is impeccable. We often start out with a Dharma Reflection to set the Tone with Intention and Integrate Somatically by some Brief Ecstatic Dancing, followed by a Laying Down Guided Psychedelic Journey, in a comfortable place and position, with room for the body to freely move. Then Laying down with eyes closed, while breathing in your own Natural Rhythm.  Breathers are Safely and Sovereignly Guided, accompanied by Music and Sacred Instruments to Elicit the Bliss Chemicals (DMT-often found in LSD and Ayahuasca) in the Brain, without using any external plant substances. They are released naturally in the Pineal and Pituitary Gland.
